Ok apparently I misread that. I thought it was going to be 1 card per every 3DS. It seems they put the whole set in there.

Proving yet again that this show is going to suck. Whedon needed to have done this project. Why God?

Who wants to bet you'll see these on Ebay with the Link version going for $500.

@XINVADER: He asked a simple question, there's no reason to judge him for it.

You kinda missed the point. We're talking about Portal 2 specifically. That feature isn't going to be specifically for Portal 2 and will almost certainly be attached to most future Steam projects. While it is a bonus and pretty much revolutionary, that credit shouldn't go to just Portal 2. It's more of a bonus to

I prefer the blood and sweat of children. They both produce money just one way is more fun.

Just like Christmas, amirite?

Welcome to the new Gawker where nobody knows how to heart people people or promote them without responding to their posts. I know for atleast io9 alot of the old features were supposed to be coming back in a week or so.

@KingKirby: To be fair GH can be a pretty hardcore game depending on how you play it. If you spend an insane amount of time trying to beat "Through the fire and the flames" I would dub that hardcore. Casual games are noted for their simplicity and GH along with LBP can be pretty complex at times.

Again I'm not writing it off. Although I wasn't aware of some of those new tricks in regards to the gameplay. Alot of those sound fun and should add some variety. That helps to justify it as a sequel.

Because that's all it is. Also it's not like Valve is throwing the networking away after Portal is done, they're almost assuredly going to be using it in other games. So it was a long term investment in their part.

And what other criteria would you judge it on right now? The gameplay mechanics look the same and the graphics seem to be improved but it's been a few years since the release of the first. I also would rather have a short fun game than a longer one but honestly I'm not seeing much that would distinguish it from an

We Love Katamari and World of Goo. I don't mind the games but puzzles for me are also more of an intimate experience such as trying to figure it out on your own.

"estimated by a representative from the game's development studio Valve to run six or eight hours"

The writing itself for the series is garbage. That's the problem. Everything else is minor.

Exactly. This train has already left the station.

@VSpeck: In addition to a "push" ability that cripples the opponent and lowers morale.

Hmmm. Bungie is very good at world building(character development not so much) so I'm very intrigued how this could pan out. TOR already looks like it's going to be taking money and time for the next few years so Destiny is going to have to kick some serious ass(although I doubt it's not coming in the next two

Your destiny is to be tea-bagged.
