Does it even matter though percentage wise? If the PC market only makes up a small percentage of actual sales and is the most pirated consoles solely by numbers, then that can't attractive to developers and publishers.

Well the game pretty much demands a PC. There is no way that could work on consoles without simplifying it ala Revolution.

Nowhere near the extent of the PC though. I would love to find the graph that Kotaku posted a while ago except this new format is a nightmare to search through old posts.
