there are several states that the plates stay with the car. california being the biggest. i know minnesota does it too.

yeah i saw that it was going up for sale a few days ago. i always wondered where it was when i saw pictures of it online 10 or so years ago. it looks to be a way better design than the ampicars. heck in the video you can open the damn doors! you do that in a ampicar and it will sink in 5 seconds!
