really dude f1 uses what... a flappy paddle or a button to shift while nascar uses an actual stick ..... also stock car races are typically TWICE AS LONG! to maintain a focus for that long is incredible...... its a pain in the ass for me to drive in traffic for 4 hours let alone race that long....
