Fully agreed. This is basically an original property. Having it linked to their theme park just means it has built-in crosspromotion potential for Disney. But narratively it’s a blank slate. Could be a Pirates-sized success, could be a Haunted Mansion-sized flop, or everything in between.

It would be nice if Bungie could release a Destiny game that didn't require some kind of overhaul every 3 months.
