Being a teen and picking a Corvette over a GT-R is pretty hard these days. Maybe a Vette over a LFA. But godzilla is just such a stunning car to see in person while the Vette leaves something to be desired...

Awesome car! Not trying to take anything away from it but I honestly rather have the Veyron. Something just seems right about a 4 turbo W16... This Venom GT is great work too, obviously this is a testament to how fast and stuff it is but at the end of the day Bugatti has history and heritage while this compared to it…
If only 0-60 times was everything... Nobody knocks the Camry for it being underpowered, or not being reliable. It's just the numb feeling of the car that honestly we don't appreciate. Jalopnik isn't about speed (see Toyobaru twins) or reliability (Alfa's.......), we care about the soul and enjoyment we get from a car,…
I think it was inevitable for car makes to start enhancing engine sound... And I'm really ok with it. On most modern cars you already barely hear the exhaust or anything with all the sound deadening that's there. If you wanna hear some noise you take all that out and run a test pipe or open headers.
Well only repair if you're putting in new eternals. With the 2JZ you get a Getrag so the whole setup is pretty bulletproof.
Not talking about the Volvo, obviously that's running on space savers or something but the Supra at the end...
I was just saying it's probably really scary if you're not anticipating it..
I'm not sure how easy it is to swap a 2JZ into the MarkIIIs but I wouldn't just buy an engine... Since you're not sure about the wiring either go for a front clip of a car from Japan like a Cresta or Chaser.
That Supra was losing traction in a straight line while already going pretty fast? Scary...
You're older than me haha but no problem
Could we see a Jalopnik review of this? haha
To me, it's the E60. Specifically the M5. Who'd expect to be able to fit 5 people (although a bit snug, way better to just have 4) in a car with a V10, that's kind of derived from Forumla 1, and has a 8250 rpm redline! Not to mention the power figures, 500hp with 383ft-lbs of torque. All of this available with a…
Car's being towed? The hell happen to keys?
I didn't get the hatred towards the Ram either. That seriously had an unbelievable ride compared to any truck I've ever been in. The interior is so spot on and conveniate that idk what else you would want from a truck. Amazing stock non-premium sound system as well. I don't even have to get into the trucks…
I thought we established it didn't race and it isn't radical as the F40 or Enzo nor does it look as good because of personal preference?:P
Stop putting in points that I wasn't even talking about because you're making this pointless now... I never said it's the first hypercar nor does it have to be. The F50 in my eyes is beyond ugly, especially compared to the other cars Ferrari was making at the time. Then again that's my preference. Different strokes…
I don't see the radicalness of the F50 compared to the Enzo or F40, sorry. I see what you're talking about and understand how they're all created to show off F1 technology but I think the F40 and Enzo just had something more I didn't see in the F50. I could say the F50 is just my least favorite Ferrari really.
Who cares if it was Ferrari racing it or not. It raced. Something you can't say about the F50. The F40 LM didn't just sit, unlike the F50 GT. I do agree with you on the MC12 not being as great as the Enzo when it had the potential, I kinda see it like how the 1M wasn't fully built to potential that it could be better…
So in other words.... CP
F40 LM and never heard of a F60... If you're talking about the Enzo yeah I guess you're correct but I don't think that's called F60
