Well okay. If you want to treat the "Next time…" with the same weight as the actual end of the episode, you need to continue to get used to disappointment. I'm not disappointed that the preview didn't spoil the episode, frankly. The creators don't make the previews. You know that right? If this commentary was about

If I may critique the critique for a second, I disagree about the "natural" expectations that this episode be about the Young Davros. See, there's a difference between the end of the actual episode and the "Next time…" preview. The former, which is actually part of the story didn't set that up. The preview did. And

Thank goodness! I love games, but I see some crazy things said in game related threads. When I first read that comment, I heard Toki Wartooth saying, "Well, that's brutal."

You want more from games than real life? Seriously? Don't tell anybody that in person.

I was thinking I could go for a Skyrim-type marriage, where I just get a pie and money every day.

Nolan North was amazing in Saint's Row IV. I'm being serious.

I think that some may confuse the Gamera vs Mothra nature of the battle as a neutral stance where it isn't.

It's a soapy soap, for sure, but I didn't find all of the emotional beats to be anywhere near as unbelievable. Especially Quinn. I have with my own eyes seen side-pieces who think that their cheating S.O. won't cheat on them. It makes no logical sense, but that doesn't stop it from being super common. As to the show

When the headline said I should watch the Tour de France, I was certain this would be a Click Hole article.

I think they've turned a corner this season and the pieces for the end game are being set up. It's confounding expectations because we keep being introduced to people who should be the protagonists of the major battle (against the White Walkers, the only one that matters), but instead, we're seeing an (admittedly

Hearted! Hard hearted!

Let me be clear, the High Sparrow is a sadist and I will not shed a tear when the Zombie Mountain tears him limb from limb.

I dunno. I felt empathy for Cersei but not necessarily sympathy. I love Lena Headley and thought she did a wonderful performance. I was disgusted by the High Sparrow's sadism and thought it ironic how he referred to the public as "the good people" or something like that. I felt sad for her and all, but in the back of

Well im sure that was plan A, but that was assuming their ally wasn't going to jail everybody out of spite. Plan B says that Cersei has a lot of enemies and just antagonized one of her last allies.

Did he? Or did he see a freight train coming and told Ned Stark that the smartest thing to do was go stand on some train tracks?

She got Ned Stark pretty good.

Yup. The Tyrells are the wealthiest. I was responding to a commenter who said that the Tyrell's position rested on Tommen holding the throne and not being an incest-bastard.

I'm not sure that their position relies on it so greatly. If you strike Tommen down, they're still the wealthiest family in Westeros. At the very least, a power vacuum would open up that they have a chance to grab. They could play the "she was fucking her cousin and poisoned the king card." Lancel is right there.

I'm not even sure she got one over on the Tyrells because the only one who is actually dangerous, Olenna, is still free to manuever. This may be a victory along the lines of Catelyn Stark kidnapping Tyrion (i.e. THE moment she messed up).

I couldn't find backup evidence online (I only looked for about two seconds), but I thought Roger spent some time bumming around Europe as a young man. I figured that's how he knew French.
