Hey, look, everybody! I found somebody with daddy issues!
So what piece of shit human being’s piece of shit burner are you? Shall I take guesses? Articulate enough to write in complete sentences, so not some 12-year-old. Understand GM well enough to make a burner. You just, what, had nothing better to do on a Saturday than make a burner and be a misogynist bag of feces?
Going to AskMen.com as a legitimate source of information in regards to men makes as much sense as going to Jezebel.com for feminist thought.
It’s funny because no one ever talks about how men have daddy issues and there’s lots of them. But of course we’re supposed to believe that men can overcome anything and women are fragile messes if they don’t have a strong male figure in their life.
Yep, and it’s such a throwaway for any time a woman dares to lay down expectations for a man. As in, since we are in a relationship, when I text you, I expect a response within a reasonable timeframe. Asshole guy’s response: geez, back up with your clingy shit—what, do you have daddy issues?!?
Saying a woman or girl has “daddy issues” is fucking wretched. If she has daddy issues, shouldn’t the hate be directed at, you know, her god damned father? How is his disgusting and damaging fuckery her fault?
For being awesome. It's no throwing a ball through a hoop, but whatevs.
The other day I noticed a bunch of Oreo crumbs had accumulated in my collarbones while I was eating in bed laying down. Sexy y/n?
I am mostly just confused by this, tbh, but I think this really is the heart of it:
I’m torn because while I agree with this...in fact I was pretty pissed that I’ve had friends completely erase my bisexuality and make it seem like any time I expressed my interest in women that I was doing it for attention....and now they all seem to be jumping on the “omg look at me questioning my sexuality lolol”…
Oh, but as a straight man I’m allowed to have a crush on her? Madeleine, shame on you for perpetuating my male privilege. Down with the patriarchy!
I feel like this is why so many bi women (and men) are afraid to come out and say that they’re bi, because aparently questioning your sexuality is just trying it on for a day and that’s what posers do...
If you’re a straight woman who’s been watching the latest season of Orange Is the New Black, chances are that you…
Hey. Who’s saying Walter White has to meet in Saul 6 years in the past? He could have stopped at the Cinnabon on the way from New Hampshire to New Mexico.
Lifetime NPR listener here, and not a Kardashian fan, but the interview was seriously NBD. She was pretty charming, actually. When I read all the comments on NPR’s Facebook page I was pretty appalled. WWDTM has interviews like this all the time with celebrities of the moment.
This gave me so much joy. All the politely upset people clutching their pearls and getting their panties in a bunch. LORD SAVE US. NPR WAS THE ONE KARDASHIAN FREE HOLDOUT AND NOW THE APOCALYPSE IS COMING.
I was trying to reply to the article with a comment in this vein but it’s early and I’m having trouble putting my words together good. Basically, I’m getting the vibe of people who feel like their 5 dollar a month donation entitles them to some sort of ownership in the station.
You know, I am a big public radio person. NPR all day, every day, not kidding. But I know that public radio fans are also the kind of people who send legit HATE MAIL when someone pronounces an obscure word wrong. And Wait Wait listeners tend to be especially pedantic and cranky. So this does not surprise me.
