One thing I really miss from the days of ABC Sports was the daily medal award ceremonies. Even if some one from the US did not win, and even if the sport was so out there that we needed a ten minute primer on the sport. Every medal ceremony was aired in full.

I understand why Grimm gave us so many open ended plot points.  This is their first season and unlike most cop shows they needed to build both a world and a group of characters we would want to watch more of.  The more questions we have at the end of the first season the more of us tune in next year.

What is it with NBC? It's like they have a death wish or something. Harry's Law is a great show, I have zero interest in smash.

Sure thing, I loved how JD tracked down TCW and ended their relationship in front of her dead husbands parents. I always wondered what happened in that restaurant after he walked out the door?  The way Dr Cox handled discovering Jack was his son showed some real depth to what was for most of the first season  a flat
