The two sides are telling different stories. Venus says she was in the intersection because she got stuck after entering on a green light. The victim says Venus ran a red light.

The police say she’s at fault in the accident because she violated the other driver’s right of way, but they couldn’t be bothered to issue her a citation or ticket. That hardly sounds like the open and shut case you think it is.
