I understand it needing a location for the ads... but why does it need to use my gps location? Any android user know if it drains battery by using the gps all the time?

If I ever forget my password, I just go to pirate bay and search for Gawker. It tells me what my password is.

@Fizzter: I'm not sure about a hackindle community, but I know that the 3G nook (not the nook color) has one. Since it is based off android, there are some neat things that can be done.

@Lupus_Yonderboy: I know the nook is capable of reading ebooks from Google's new store, and I'm pretty sure Google uses protected epubs and pdfs. That would mean the nook should have the library ability (as you put it) as well! :-)

I think this is well-intented legislation but will cause more problems than will be fixed.
