Do what’s best for you. Would your company break a contract with you if they thought it was in their best interest? Probably. So many companies expect slavish loyalty but would think nothing of cutting you loose is they wanted to. Do what you think is best for you.

I think BHLDN dresses are incredible. They have a lot of styles in ivory, champagne or blush. Their bridesmaids dresses might even work for you, and they come in all kinds of colors.
