I was away for the weekend, but am here to testify. I was also heavy and lengthy (8 or 9 days). First I shortened up to a 21-day cycle. Oh, that was just GREAT. Then they were months apart (sounds like where you are now). Do give into the cravings, for now anyway. My last period was super-heavy and lasted two friggin

I love her so much. She could easily have written a book (It Was God Who Saved Me From Those Horrible People) and disappeared from public life with some cash. Instead she chooses to stand up for victims in a place where they really need someone to stand up for them. I adore her.

Ain’t no Southie bros in Seaport.

I hear you, this really isn’t directed at you but at anyone who automatically assumes that this kind of tragedy would automatically make anyone become pro-death penalty. It doesn’t!

Those picky women! How dare we show discernment about the person we spend the rest of our lives with, and possibly have children with!

I believe people’s families are entitled to whatever feelings they have on this matter, but I’m here as someone who lost a family member to this kind of violence and I still don’t believe taking another life is the answer.

In the words of a very wise man, the rent is too damn high. After I graduated, I was able to get places with roommates and live pretty well. Way back then, making a profit was considered good business. Now you need to gouge tenants out of their last nickel to put a roof over their heads (or go to college, or any

Oh, we had to buy our own subs. Christmas cheer only goes so far.

In my office, the day after the Christmas party was cheesesteak sub day.

Bless your heart! Thank you. And what can we do for you?

People make way too big a deal out of it. Find someone you like and trust and get it done. So much better not to be under the V-umbrella. Might be a great experience, might be mediocre. But you will really be relieved and can just get on with your life.

And the vocal fry. Those little details make me love him all the more.

Plus one of them seems to have gray hair now.

I have a friend who is a single parent without much family. He is pushing his daughter (now 13) into STEM, even she’s not super enthusiastic about it. She’s very bright, and I’m sure she can do well, and I get that he wants to make sure she has a well-paying career after he’s gone, but... these apparently ongoing

Who has the time? Only the privileged white dudes, apparently. Can you imagine all the time it takes to accomplish this task? I’ve known more than one guy who felt the need to tell me, “I don’t think Sarah Jessica Parker (or fill in the blank with woman in tv or film) is attractive.” Dude, what’s your point? That she

Chemistry is amazing and mysterious. I had a similar experience with an ex. We were almost exact opposites of each other in every way, but really enjoyed each other’s company and had very intense physical chemistry. I think that’s what kept us together for much longer than we probably should have been. Our differences

I had a publisher who said the same thing! So you’re right, it’s the editorial director who’s probably responsible.

Roger Fan

Depending on the size of the company, the person at the top may not see the issue at all before it’s printed. There may be an editor who makes the decisions about the content and signs off on it. Quite often the publisher of a magazine is only concerned with the advertising part of the equation.

Try to find a story about that in, say, the New York Times. He’s been treated like a perfectly reasonable candidate.
