The residuals on those cars coming off lease are high enough to pause on considering a CPO when they’ll just roll you into a new vehicle lease with a 60%+ residual and no fees.

Hey! That parts bin has been perfectly fine since 1996, don't hate.
Agreed. The cars are a great drive. They totally whiffed on a few of the finer details (driver interface) but the ATS/CTS are pretty competent luxo-perfs.
Looked at the ATS with the 3.6 two years ago coming out of a Passat CC, wanted to love it and enjoyed the drive. Couldn't understand the rear legroom (there is none, even when compared to a 3/C/A4). Hated the gauge cluster and hated CUE. When half of the parts you interact with every time you drive the car suck, then…
On the contrary I’d say the 4GC made the 3er redundant, not the other way around.
But Ze Germans will tell you that coupe is a shape, not a number of doors. So where is the misuse of the word, eh? Eh?
These places have plenty of jumper boxes laying around for a reason...
They'd charge you for the labor to remove them even if it came bare from the factory. Gross.
Doug, if you're going to buy a new car, slapping your build sheet in front of the sales rep with a walk away number on it, then obsessively tracking through production to shipping to port arrival, then finally going to war in the F&I office since that's the only way they're making any money on this car and they know…
Targeting a payment per month is a great way to get fleeced on an unnecessary down payment. I’m not saying it is not important to manage your cash flow expectations, just don’t tell the salesman what it is you want to pay per month. That information is not relevant if you can afford the car.
Nope. Wrong. The 4GC is the same price than the comparable 3 Series. Base MSRP means nothing when you look at what comes standard in the 4GC. It's just a better looking version of the 3 Series and what it should have been in the first place.
