Yeah, you can stop talking for everyone. DK 64 was amazing, I absolutely loved it, and I went back and played it recently (I guess.... 5 years ago?) and it was still a great game. It doesn't hold up as well as the near-perfection that was BK/BT, but nothing really does.

The dwarf is as much a power fantasy for men as the sorceress is one for women. Men don't generally want to be an ugly ball of muscle, no less associated with being short and small-brained. Same as women wouldn't want to deal with breasts that would cause life-long back issues.
