Seems like a lot of people saw Inherent Vice this weekend. I saw it earlier today, and I thought it was pretty good. It dragged in a few spots, and it was sort of overlong, but it was funny, entertaining, and well-acted, especially from Joaquin Phoenix.

Keyword: most. Good for you if you were philosophical and politically contentious as a teenager, but coming from my own experience (and I'm a teenager right now), most of us aren't ready to spit out lectures about political theories and the like. Not everyone's teenage years are similar to yours.
