Ghost Brigade

Fair point on the "they". I'm never really sure how the decision making structure at Image works, but I guess as long as quality books keep getting made, I'm not going to pry too much into how they put the sausage together.

Given the rumors (has it been confirmed yet? I don't know) of the Tinkerer being a major player in this, I could see the Beetle or Stilt Man or whatever being used as an initial test run of what the Tinkerer can do, followed by the Vulture being a more legitimate threat

I wasn't aware of the 100 issue finish line. But I've definitely been feeling the autopilot in recent books. It makes me wonder what would the happen if they gave Spencer the go ahead to end it sooner if he wanted to

At this point, I can't imagine any writer who can actually do the property justice other than Hickman. Maybe Tom King considering how he's got the nice balance of dark humor and overwrought/overthought (in a good way!) drama in the Vision? It might just be the characters are too weird to make them work in a truly

I remember how Morning Glories came out around the same time Lost ended, and the local comic book guys said it seemed like a good way to fill the void. Years later without any clear endgame or plan in sight and with an increasingly overly complicated world/plot, they were frustratingly spot on

This desire to push them in order to pump up a possible movie property is making them overbearing. Also, if they really want the books to work well, hire a writer who's more consistently good than Charles Soule (who's hit or miss even at the best of times)

Vision and Spider-Woman have been my favorites of the fringe bunch

Can anyone play? I get:
East of West
The Dying and the Dead (technically)
Nowhere Men (which I'm a bit surprised I get to describe as a monthly pull right now)
Wicked+Divine
Injection
Saga
Pretty Deadly
Monstress

Eh. I don't think they hate the X-men. They hate the fact that they can't get any of the sweet movie money off of them. Plus, you know, they keep trying to get us to like the Inhumans (still not happening Marvel!)

I've been half-heartedly keeping up with All New X-men, but mostly because I want to see how Apocalypse Jr. turns out. It's been mixed at best.

Veins clogging!

Love Algiers. Hate the general use of music in this trailer. Never really got the impression that this was supposed to be an uplifting piece in any way, but that's the musical tone they want to run with I guess

Isn't the on-the-cheap look kind of the MO for Fox Searchlight movies in general? It's that whole genuinely indie/faux indie thing they flirt with

Not so much internet fame as to troll the strategy feedback forums

wtf is coub lol

Glad to know I'm not going senile yet!

I'm legit considering a binge watch of I, Claudius before it goes, just so I can relive the memories of my mom preempting my Nintendo time to watch the PBS reruns

It's not official HBO news, but that'll do

That's just the meth
