I watched this game last night on the vaunted ESPN+, and the whole time all I could think was.

Liberty students wish they ended up as conservative royalty. The reality is that the elites on the Right come out of Ivy institutions as well. Most of the kids unfortunate enough to attend Liberty will go work as a random teacher or insurance salesmen in whatever backwater they came from.

I don’t get the child porn charge. He was basically the same age as the alleged victim. When two kids below the age of consent have sex, it isn’t called rape. How can it be called distribution of child porn, when a 15/16yo boy has a video of his 15 yo ex-gf?

In 1993 when I was 10 years old my uncle and my two little cousins were murdered in a house fire in Hawaii. My aunt managed to escape with her life, but had severe third degree burns all over her body. What followed was an endless series of surgeries while she was dealing with the loss of her entire family.

This stuck out for me, too. Not to ignore the rest of the awful situation (which other commenters have commented on far more eloquently than I could), but why the fuck is there a tank and armored vehicle in an “unincorporated community”, and why are they being used to track down ONE guy?
