I mean I’ve found the alien ruins - I’ve gotten quite far in the game. just generally hate trying to drive the sub in the pitch darkness - it’s both mentally distressing and I just find it mechanically frustrating.

I love to swim, love the water, and love Subnautica.

But I had the rocket pad built and I can’t complete the game because it requires me to take my sub... faaaar deeper than I am comfortable with.

I felt the same emotion reading somebody complain that Star Trek Discovery was bad because it was too SJW.

Discovery was bad for numerous fucking reasons - one of which was FAILING to understand the series commitment to social justice in favour of anodyne War Sure Is Cool But Bad I Guess. Star Trek lives and breathes

Boy did I...

hate

That.

A bad trailer, however, doesn’t mean a bad show. It does mean a real awful trailer, though.

Oh no.

If memory serves all the witches are disfigured but wear disguises to look beautiful.

The legal equivalent.

Watered-down urine.

Heck no. I’ll take season 5 over 6 and 7 any day, if for no other reason than Season 5 has characters I like, and nobody tries to convince me to give a shit about the Blandest Saviour Jimmy Smits, who should definitely be president because he moans like a toddler about how he doesn’t want to be President, and that

How about they get that white Ukrainian woman who played the Brazilian in brown face in Quantum of Solace. I bet she’s available.

Oooh - or what about the love interest from Tokyo Drift, you know the movie where a semi-sentient block of wood moves to Japan and dates the only white lady there? She spoke Japanese in the

What debates? There’s not going to be any debating - Trump is literally incapable of even pantomiming the act.

The “debates” will be Joe Biden perform the lead roll in A Return To The Centrist Status Quo Statesman while Trump froths like a mad dog. It will generate a lot of buzzy headlines, Trump will say at least a

She’s one of the very few reasons to watch seasons 6 and 7.

So I didn’t play NMS at launch - I only played it... god time seems to have stopped... some time in 2019? It was just before they added that massive patch that let you ride animals and a billion other things. i played for a few weeks while on a house sitting gig - there was a lot there to like, but ultimately the game

Oh no, this looks actually interesting, which is baffling because Wanda/Vision was a black hole of tedium and zero screen presence in the movies.

I see no problem with this message.

On an unrelated note: Dear all former ex-Gawker sites.

I don’t want your fucking newsletter.

Nobody wants your fucking newsletter.

This isn’t 1999 none of us want shit clogging up our e-mail inboxes -especially not with a fucking newsletter.

Whatever amateur Social Media dipshit you’re paying who suggested a newsletter is

“It’s the sort of movie whose story becomes exponentially more clear and easy to follow if you come into it knowing a bit about the characters at the center of this story”

So... a bad movie, then. Any first entry into a franchise that demands the viewer come into the picture already aware of its characters - expecting

So an important question for a series fan who had to stop playing CKII because the big-screen monitor I got after receiving permanent eye-damage was incapable of displaying the game at a scale the human eye could parse:

What are the accessibility features of this game like? Can I make the UI, the tet bigger? Can I

Spore.

Spore broke my heart. I had followed it from that first magical pitch video from... 05? 07? and eagerly pirated bought it the first opportunity and sunk my life into it over a weekend.

And by the end came to the painful conclusion that it was nothing at all like the original pitch video, it was a lousy shadow of

... why would you argue whether the same person was a better version of themself? This makes no sense to me.

It’s actually a really good movie - the bizarre thing about those scenes is that they so rarely interact with the rest of the cast you could cut them almost completely out of the film and have no affect on anything.

What’s even weirder is the character is in the book: he has about one scene, he has no comedic accent,
