I think it could work, but you’d need to split the doors in half. The bottom half would be a fiberglass/steel insert that was low enough to get in over, but high enough to keep some rigidity in the frame, the gullwing would then be the top half of the door and the roof. This means you can then take the gullwing doors

I was out of eggs the other night, and wanted to make chicken nuggets from the fresh chicken strips I had. I coated the chicken with mayo, then panko, and tossed it in the air fryer. I may never go back to dipping in eggs! No mayo taste, but great, crunchy nuggets!

LOL. That could be a cheap solution... or maybe a really really expensive solution, depending on the girlfriend!
