If I were rich I would absolutely, 100%, no hesitation build underground tunnels on my compound. And secret passages. Maybe a spring door so if I pressed a button someone standing on it would fall into my dungeon. Greenhouse with one plant that eats humans, for sure.

This is good, but what about all the minimum wage workers and people whose bosses won’t understand? I think strikes can be effective but we also need systems of protest that are more inclusive for people who can’t afford to strike.

I worked at a humane society that euthanized. The “no-kills” were limited admission, which makes it easy to be “no-kill.” We then got the animals they wouldn’t take, and did our best, but were seen as the bad guys. No, we were the hard-working, traumatized.
