in other words, “they could have built it better but instead they chose to build it cheaper and kick the can down the road—and here we are”.

Even the LA Times has no idea what it’s talking about.

Here’s an idea: use your free will to stop buying from Amazon, for one example.

I would argue you were a danger to everyone on the road.  You put everyone around you in danger that you had no right to.

Attentive drivers who pay attention to the road and to the state of the traffic light in front of them, instead of “ooo, I’m stopped for 0.23 seconds, I must pull up my phone and entertain myself!” and “I can text and drive, I’m better than everyone else”.

If the sole source of energy that’s put into the car to make the wheels turn is gasoline, then it’s a gasoline car.

This has absolutely NOTHING to do with “less government,” or government at all, and everything to do with people willingly entering into agreements to do things...without reading the agreements themselves.

I couldn’t agree more. Clearly, this person has never even considered people who live in equatorial climates. Somehow, their precious snowflakes not only survive but THRIVE in those climates.

Oh, fuck off.  People don’t need mindless blogs to tell them how to behave in public.

That’s why you want to focus on the 2018 and up models as they came with a six-year/72,000-mile warranty.

so, Reddit exposes itself as being the HOA we all know it is.

An oil change is probably one of the easiest car repairs most people can do.

As the amount of oil left in the pan decreases, the trajectory of the oil stream changes, and if your oil receptacle is small enough (like mine) the oil can end up on the garage floor.

Oil extractor FTW.

Drivers will likely become something closer to a “logistics steward” as the task of absorbing road miles goes to the machines.

oh come on, why would the auto makers let JC Whitney have all the money? People will pay big bucks for this crap—even bigger if it’s covered under warranty and costs them only 9 bucks/month more on their loan.

Now I want some lemonade.

How many people here cheered on the FBI as they pursued Richard Jewell?

assumed they had a way to electronically deposit or at least confirm it before they released the car.
