In all seriousness it sounds like he need a a tin foil hat.

Good on you for doing the right thing. You make the world a better place despite what those snobs driving KIAs behind you might think!
I’ve been trying to get tavarish to answer this for a long time. I’d like to buy an s500, what are the pitfalls to look about for. Any years to avoid? Would he buy one again?
Funny thing is that many liberals see moderates and declare them as Conservatives, so from that perspective MSNBC probably seems balanced to you, but to me it looks heavily left leaning.
The misadventures of Florida Grandpa?
I’m with you entirely. It’s hard to admit your wrong especially if you have defended your point of view vehemently.
Thank you for your polite response. It’s so nice to have a reasonable conversation.
You do it to, is not justification, its the human condition. It’s psychology. I try to avoid it by reading from as many sources as possible, but you cannot help but be drawn to the things you agree with.
Hey West Coast, I’m with you
Pot, meet the kettle.
Are you familiar with the Fairness Doctrine? I just learned about it today. It was abolished in 1987.
Absolutely, me too. We have to start communicating or the whole thing will devolve into violence.
You know I have to hand it to you. I was not familiar with this at all. I think you’re absolutely right. Reagan might have been well respected, but who does this with a clean conscious. What a load of BS. I’m just stunned by this.
Many disagree with you, but honestly that’s probably because of your own internal bias. Everyone is guilty of it.
If there were more than one conservative media source I’d tend to agree with you, but there really isn’t unless you include the extreme stuff. Fox is the only “respected” conservative media source. I think cable news destroyed balanced reporting. Once the networks had to start fighting for ratings, generating outrage…
I agree entirely, you have to read from a variety of sources, including fox then try to filter the crap. I wish there was a way just to get facts minus opinion, but there isn’t. BBC has some interesting stuff, and the English Al Jazeera also sometimes.
If you don’t think they add a spin, then you are just as blind as the republicans who think that Fox is fair and balanced. All media has a spin. The NYT is hardly the pillar of independence you think it is.
I didn’t say liberal outlets don’t report things, only that they put a liberal spin on it. Balanced reporting died when Cronkite retired.
Conservatives say the same about liberals who watch CNN. This really isn’t anything new. They used to mock it as the “Clinton News Network” back in the 90s. This has been going on since the 80s at least.
You make this sound like some sort of mass idiocy, but the reality is that people watch the news source that agrees with their sensibilities. Fox is conservative news. Pretty much all other news sources have a Liberal bent. Those that voted for Hillary are more likely not to watch fox, because of it’s conservative…
