How about older games? I paid full price for Assassins Creed 3 on Xbox Games on Demand and it did not include an online pass, which is just ridiculous.

All I know is that I purchased AC 3 last year on Games on Demand and didn't get an online pass with it. I'm still angry now that I think about it...

I live in CA. The law against minor's buying M games was struck down. It's just up to stores.

If a mature, responsible 11-year old gets the game then maybe (just maybe) it would be okay, if all they did was drive around and shoot stuff (no story mode/stripper stuff).
