Although to be fair, on the Lil B timescale, that could be considered “a while”.

What about when “home cultures” treat a cultural symbol with less respect than people from outside that cultural group are expected to give it? That has always been the...sticking point here for me. Like, sure, ceremonial headdress? Yeah let’s not. Kimono which people in Japan just treat like a fancy dress would be…
Thank *god* they toned down the SF reps. They are routinely the most boring ones in the entire roster for the series.
Aww dang, I was hoping this would be about ChainChompBraden’s success - he’s been hacking away at his hyperhard level for ~890 or so hours of *just practice* on top of ~750 hours in the editor. Not that this isn’t stupid impressive, because it is, it’s just...that’s the holy grail.
I’ve read on various wikis that it is where the child was born, *but* because Jon had such unclear circumstances even in the best of times - ie, even absent the “is Ned the real father”, it’s still during a war and Ned may well not have been especially forthcoming about what happened, considering he was trying to hide…
Please and thank you. Otherwise these just become “here’s a photo album of colorful wacky clothing”, whereas it could be “here’s some characters you may recognize or want to know more about”.
Ok.
She couldn’t. She was hitting with the side of the blade, which was useless with a weapon like Needle, and slashes are fundamentally different and much, *much* easier than a stab. She showed no skill whatsoever. To claim that she was just showing how she “could” hurt if she was trying is akin to holding a bullet up…
I love you. This scene was infuriating because it showed zero skill from Arya at all, and of course people who don’t know swordfighting then proceed to go crazy over it.
Arya’s sword would be a terrible swiping/slashing weapon, is basically completely useless except for a single very specific type of attack, and the Arya v Brienne scene was stupid.
I’m going to hazard a guess at the incredibly obvious and suggest that Zook there meant that it was disheartening to be on the receiving end of a thing that completely undid your teammates coordination work with no counter besides “kill them while they’re hiding away”.
Not once in my entire life have I heard any good joke, song, or routine about how great someones genitals are, as they all strike me as just sad. Also, and I’m not sure how to say this without making it sound sexist, I feel, but every time I see a female comedian trying to make a joke/song/routine about it, it just…
This is more or less what I’m trying to say. Nintendo isn’t doing this intentionally, probably (absent some non-public market research) - they’re just incompetent. That they’ve done this before doesn’t excuse them, and in fact makes it stupider.
