News wire has been on chronic snark support for too long. Time to pull the club.

I'm reading My Struggle pt. 1 and finding it strangely compelling. Not sure if I'll read the other five parts, though. Next up, A Time of Gifts by Patrick Fermor.

Comanche Moon is garbage compared to Lonesome Dove. By all means read Lonesome Dove, it's one of my all time favorites. Another great western is Warlock, don't know the name of the author but it was recently reprinted with a forward by Thomas Pynchon or Don Don Delilo. It's a great read too.

No ones reading Blood Meridean? That's a first.

I had not too much interest in watching this movie and still don't but…wow, what an ending. Literally.

I watched both seasons. In my opinion they seem like two people trapped by their circumstance, who only act to keep Russia from killing them or the USA from discovering them. They already seem disillusioned with their communist ideals. There doesn't appear to be much of a character arc that can be achieved with these

Two things have kept me from getting into this show. Thing one, besides the casual spy sex, shooting folks and secret disguise cubbies, the two main character are not dynamic enough to carry my interest. Thing two, the husbands second marriage to the FBI secretary is so very unbelievable.

Half of this trailer looks like B roll from the worst parts of tree of life. Man in suit shambling over sand and rock + escalators & glass buildings.

He should have stuck with philosophy.

Cuba Gooding Jr. Jr. could star in the American NCAA Investigation series about Reggie Bush?

Hold up. I ate Indian today.

To my point. What you and Sara think doesn't matter. You have absolutely no connection to these events but you are adopting them as your own and wildly speculating about real people. Jay is a real person not a soap opera antagonist. Have you actually stopped to think about the victims family? It must be brutal having

Dude, I'll get sucked down the Dateline mysteries wormhole on the ID channel for days. The stretching out of this one case over the course of twelve 40 minutes episodes has more to do with the solipsism of the host than any outstanding questions about the case. What new or relevant information has she provided in the

I've listened to all the Serial podcasts and I cannot believe that anyone listening would believe that anyone besides Adnan committed the crime. The Internet speculation around this podcast is disturbing, and calls into question the way it has been presented by the "journalists" of the this American life team. This is
