Update: Done.

I take it you haven’t driven an FRS? The cabin is buzzy, and at least for the half dozen BRZ/FRS my friends have gone though, the powertrain is rather unreliable and overrated. I would go as far as saying my tuned N54 BMW track car has been more reliable, despite making more than double the power.

Hat, meet Ring.

Can confirm, it’s just another exaggeration by Clarkson. I’ll spare you the specifics, but once you crest 100mph things get VERY expensive here in CA.

Eh, you win some, you lose some. I do agree that with certain models, you either have to love them and be patient, or just skip them completely. You bought shitty old BMW’s that were marketed as performance cars, and I’m sure that previous 5 owners drove them as such. All old cars break and need maintenance. My ‘90

Does this generation of Mazda use electric steering? I don’t know about steering “jerk” but even with the older Mazda’s that use electro-hydraulic steering, the assist was very high and feel very light, meaning that post turn-in corrections were a given.

That S660 has so much understeer, so sad.

Most of it was awful. Gordon Ramsey looked so excited to talk cars and Chris Evans gave softball “questions” and talked to the audience more than the guests. It’s sad when the show is making Gordon Ramsey more affable and well-recieved than the rest of the show.

Sad to say, the only way I stopped bullying when I was young was to single them out and beat them up. People are a lot less tough when you have them by the throat and their feet get light.

I’m just here for the comments. WHO HAS THE POPCORN.

Every Jalopnik commenter’s response: “Build it, I’ll totally buy it in a heart beat! I love practicality and sports cars! Please, I’ll buy it, pinky swear.”

Holy shit, that music is seriously infuriating. I know the car’s only appreciable sound is a boring, generic exhaust drone and some tire roar, but that music is just intolerable.

Man, I almost always choose the sub over the dub, but I will never get over the original voices for DBZ. Sean Schemmel and Chris Sabat really make the show for me.

Eh, you knocked the Ody for sound, but that old workhorse J-series V6 sounds pretty boss for being a minivan. Plus it has VTEC, which the kids these days just love.

Am I reading this right, 225 ft./lbs or torque? The 2.0 TFSI is a torquey little thing, shouldn’t it be more like 275 ft./lbs? Turbo cars don’t usually have such a disparity in power and torque unless they rev sky high and have a lot of lag.

Looks like total shit.

Hey Bandai-Namco, how is that whole Western release thing coming along?

Want to mention that the door seal trick works. BMW had an issue with door seals on some cars and that was the forum solution when the dealership would waste owners’ time.

And a Happy Retirement to him. His interviews on Jay Leno’s Garage always showed that he was a true Gearhead and loved his work.

I thought these were already out? Did a long weekend roadtrip from LA to SF this past weekend and saw three Model 3's (heh) driving around. All three were red, first on the 101 and then the second and third on a return trip driving down I-5.
