NP squared. You can’t find one in that condition in Sweden for that price, never mind North America. The leather seats look to be in good shape, the body appears to be rust-free, and for the cherry on top, it’s a manual. Most 164s in North America that I have seen are automatics.

Oh HELL YEAH. This is the right project to take on. Rare, somewhat obscure car that’s entirely complete, powered by a solid mill and backed up with a glorious stick shift. Restore once and drive forever.

I don’t think it works that way. It’s not on stanchions like an oil rig, it’s a shallow patch of seafloor with an island artificially accreted on top.

That ain’t no flanker. Just like this ain’t no Rolls Royce:

That’s much harder than building a collector. Dual plenums would require a ton of R&D to tune the intake tract and you’d have to somehow incorporate twin MAF sensors into the ECU’ tune for that etc etc. Splitting the plenum would be a fundamental change to the engine, moreso even than slapping on turbo’s or upgrading

Give up? They BUILT the islands. It’s not our territory.

Good luck explaining that to the MERICUH crowd...

Yeah, but didn't you know that climate change is a conspiracy perpetuated by a Muslim communist president to take away everyone's guns?

Like I said, the chance of a military action against Taiwan is zero. Feel free to put your money where your mouth is though, I'll take that bet every day.

So put up or shut up. What are you willing to bet?

First: China is much more of a rational actor than Russia.

Provocative behavior to be sure but honestly not any more so than the US deploying F-22s to countries near Russia. A war in the area would be far worse for China than for the US and Europe.

I’ll take that bet easily.

Zero. Next question.

Wow. You really figured it out.

Every reasonable climate scientist on the planet agrees, but the extremely forward thinking and infinitely wise Chinese military, of all people, are your bellwether for conspiracy.

Your thinking is precisely the problem. Also, good job bringing up Obama, and then saying you won’t get into it. “Let me throw in my 2 cents, but you all better not say nothin bout it because I can’t handle debate.”

In an alternate universe, regardless of who is in the white house, there is little anyone can do to prevent it without being provocative. What is coming out of the hawks are nothing more but criticism, without offering any workable/realistic proposals. It is what it is and at the end of the day, it’s shit that is
