It has the fucking stock exhaust on it. I REALLY hope it isn’t a V6 or a manual. The first gen 6 is a good car that doesn’t deserve to be ruined like this.

It is in no way a generalization. It's a pretty simple statement about how making such an ignorant statement makes you look like an asshole.

There are something like 1.4 billion muslims on the planet. Not all of them are radicals. Generalizing makes you look like an asshole, try not to do it.

They are turboprops which means the general concept behind a turbofans ability to ingest water still applys. The difference is that instead of using the bypass to divert the majority of the water, the majority of the water doesn’t enter the engine because the intakes are so much smaller because there is no massive fan

Now playing

Witchcraft. Seriously though, most jet engines can handle ingesting about 4 tons of water PER MINUTE. Being high bypass helps because you can route a lot of the ingested water through the bypass and avoid the hot section of the engine all together. But more than anything, it is that modern jet engines are ridiculously

I’m curious Tyler, is there a particular reason that we use the Orion for such a dangerous job as supposed to a more modern airplane? Or is it purely a matter of not having the budget to modify a more modern(expensive) airplane to do such a dangerous job.

That depends on where it ends up. If its the “golden bb” scenario, and it is above the hind and gets pulled down into the rotors and makes it into an engine intake...things could get ugly pretty fast.

IF they got sucked into an engine they could do a lot of damage, but the odds of that happening are extremely low. I’d think they would be much more likely to be dangerous to ground troops when they come back down or to helicopters.

This is way too good of an idea to not do. In addition to being completely and totally deniable, it is EXTREMELY expensive to repair that kind of damage to jet engine. Especially if you have to either fly ALL the parts from russia to syria, or fly the engines back to russia.

Well that was not necessary.

I hope you are joking.

Does it make sense to you to not report an attack until the people you claim attacked you, claim you attacked them? It just makes no sense what so ever. Bottom line, hospital records will prove one way or another. The only way I believe these reporters story, is if it happened after the events claimed by the tesla

My thoughts exactly.

Why though? There is absolutely no motivation. And on top of that, they offer no proof that their reporter was actually hurt, and they didn't say anything until after Tesla did.

I find it pretty hard to believe that security staff would do what they claim, especially unprovoked. I just don't see a motive. Also the wording “publicly accessible” seems deliberately vague. As if they know their staff ignored no trespassing signs because they were not physically blocked by fences.

Much want. Very boost. Wow.

That doesn’t mean that it won’t happen. If you have fired all of your missiles off and are heading back to base and a Mig29 or a flanker shows up, you are screwed if you don’t have a gun. Especially if you are in a gigantic 4 engined jumbo jet. You are also completely ignoring the fact that there are now planes which

Sorry but that is just unreasonable. Dog fighting is not dead, the last time someone decided that, a lot of american airmen died because the Russians felt differently. The 747 is one SAM away from being an enormous fiery coffin for all those on board.
