Yeah but my point is that a conventional door like you would find on all other vehicles this size would hit anyways, and it looks like it would be pretty much impossible to get out of the drivers seat if you were close enough to the car next to you to hit it with the falcon door.

You still are completely ignoring the fact that the falcon doors are less likely to hit what is next to you than a conventional door because they require less space to open.
