Lol go ahead, try and justify the cluster fuck that is the stand your ground law.

Yeah I do actually. They are completely ridiculous and pointless and generally just allow people to escalate the situation more than necessary.
This wasn’t user error. It was recklessness and a total lack of responsibility. If he had shot himself in the leg by not realizing the safety was off and for some reason aiming at his leg(stupid) it would be a different story. But he threatened someone with a deadly weapon because of an interaction while driving.
Honestly I feel like displaying this kind of stupidity and irresponsibility is cause for losing the right to own a gun for a while until he can prove he has learned his lesson.
Yeah I'm fairly confident it was his pistol because I agree, no way he could have oriented the gun in a way to shoot himself in the leg while driving.
Lol very true, the thing that scares me is that it could have easily been someone else who got shot.
Oh I know it’s technically illegal. But this is florida we are talking about. The state that made the “stand your ground” law while already having a self defense law on the books.
Unfortunately this jackass will probably not recieve any significant punishment despite clearly showing he doesn't handle his weapons responsibly.
Dude if you honestly think that lying cunt should be president you need to have your head examined.
Well this must make the engineers in Mazda's diesel program feel a little better about never getting their 2.2 to meet emissions.
How about toyota recalls all the cars with the 2.5L I4 that drinks oil at unreal rates.
Unless they are putting tires with a treadwear rating of 80 on the tires, that seems extremely unlikely.
I don’t think that anyone should be held personally responsible, it just seems somewhat unfair to fine toyota more.
GM cooperating once senior management found out doesn’t excuse covering it up for a decade if you ask me.
That will shit on a lot of more expensive cars.
That is what I meant lol, the new Maxima.
The new altima? A lot of the styling in the side profile of that car was just stolen from the 6 so it makes sense lol
