No, but I don’t need to. Your posts here have made it blatantly clear that you aren’t knowledgeable enough about dirt racing or physics to have anything relevant to say that is contradictory to what the experts have said.
It's just a money grab and an attempt by the ward family to lay blame on someone other than their son.
The back does swing out some but because of how staggered the tires are a quick jab at the throttle will usually cause the line to tighten ever so slightly. The problem with dirt racing is that sudden steering/brake inputs just cause terminal understeer which would have been just as bad for Ward.
Or, and hold onto your brain because I know this is a difficult concept, all black race suit and helmet+poorly lit track+bad visibility of a sprint car=not seeing him until it is way way too late.
Except you DO steer the car with the throttle, he was already sliding, the kid PHYSICALLY GRABBED HIS CAR and paid the consequences. It is as you said “painfully obvious” that if stewart wanted to hit him, he would have just turned towards him. But he was turned away from him, and didnt even know he had hit the kid…
The police department wasn’t hired by anyone. And yes, they have more expertise in this field than you do.
I don’t watch nascar, I don’t like nascar. I don’t watch sprint car racing, it really just isn’t my thing. Do you have the vaguest idea of how racing on dirt with staggered tires works? He didn’t make a mistake, Ward made a mistake and charged towards the car of someone who was racing on an ACTIVE RACE TRACK. Ward is…
Yes it is, watch it again. And while you are at it, go watch a cockpit view to see the view that Stewart had. It was dark, the kid was wearing black and acted like an idiot. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
This is where the arrogant part of what I said comes in. They are much more qualified than yourself in terms of determining who was at fault. Get off your high horse. You are wrong. Your opinion goes against the evidence and the conclusions of literally every qualified individual on the case.
Their certifications come from their degrees and their educations. The same place yours as an attorney come from. People like yourself are the reason we can’t have nice things. You are dead set in your beliefs that he is a murderer without knowing the first thing about dirt track racing. If you had ANY idea what so…
I don’t really think so, you steer those cars with the throttle, the only way for tony to steer away from him was to gas it and hope for the best. He walked within a foot of the car and at that point it was an inevitability
This is COMPLETELY different from the situation you described. You have no way to prove that Tony attempted to put him in danger and considering that a bunch of people whose job it is to come to conclusions about accidents based upon evidence ruled he wasn’t at fault, I’m going to go ahead and say that he got himself…
Jesus Christ you are thick and arrogant. So you are trying to say that the police officers and accident reconstructors who are both EXPERTS and CERTIFIED are no match for your armchair analysis? So which member of the ward family are you married too?
I don’t believe he had difficulty handling the sprint car. I very firmly believe that between the stagger of the tires, the poor visibility, and the fact that they were racing on dirt, Tony would have had difficulty making a meaningful reaction quickly enough to not hit the idiot running around on an active race track.
Pro Tip: When people who are EXPERTS in the field of accident reconstruction and people who have reason to lean TOWARDS Stewarts guilt say he didnt intend to kill him or hit him, its a good idea to shut your mouth. You are an attorney, or so you claim. That means you have a thorough understanding of the law and how to…
Actually no I wasn’t making assumptions about Stewart. Everything I said was either supported by a grand jury or an assumption about yourself. How do you know stewart was angry? It’s pretty obvious he killed him by accident. That makes it a tragedy, it doesn’t mean there is a case to try and destroy Stewarts career…
If you get out of your race car on an active race track an walk INTO THE PATH of another race car with the intentions of starting a fight with the driver and you get hurt, it is YOUR fault and YOUR fault alone. YOU have no idea what stewart saw because you aren’t him. YOU have no idea how difficult a car like that can…
They probably don’t need them, but im sure that if we went to war with anyone with decent SAM capabilities the F22’s wouldn't be up their alone.
