I've progressed in Bravely Second, but what's going on is a bit spoilery so I'm putting that in the second paragraph. Ye have been warned. My main gaming time will be today, where I have my one day off. It will be spent, however, doing some Dungeons and Dragons (er…heavily modified D&D) sessions with some friends.

I love replaying Chrono Trigger. I was at a Smash tournament two weeks ago, and the venue had a library of games and systems that you could play while there, so I decided to see how far into Chrono Trigger I could get while waiting for my matches. I was midway through busting out of jail (which I was unjustly thrown

Of course! Splitting the party!

I saw it on Twitter. But yes, apparently Matt Mercer does do that.

For me, it's just a time constraint thing. I already have a bunch of multiplayer games to play (like Splatoon), but I really don't have time to manage that.

The game that I am most upset that I don't have, nor do I have any intention of getting it. There's just not enough time. But, I have greatly enjoyed seeing how much other people are liking it. Heck, I've even gotten some fun out of all the memes that have popped up. The Play of the Game videos can be truly hilarious.

Which is fitting, I think.

Elevators, some doors, and there might have been enemies that actually needed it for some reason? Also, I'm pretty sure there were secrets throughout that were really only able to be found if you used the scan visor. I'm not sure. I personally don't think it was too intrusive an amount, but I felt the need to point

Would it have been cheaper? I'm actually curious. Animating a movie ain't cheap, and Blizzard's cinematics in particular are very detailed.

The Dungeons and Dragons movie is a god-dang masterpiece of an adaptation, perfectly capturing how a bunch of people create the most cliche party that deliver corny lines, all while the DM hams it up as the villain with his best Jeremy Irons impression.

Because there is no way that Warcraft alone would have warranted a movie. While World of Warcraft is based on the preceding RTSes, the world's induction into mainstream is mainly due to the MMO.

If anything, being able to open an encyclopedia of knowledge makes the gaps all the more terrifying. If Phaaze existed in just a silent game, it would just be the big blue planet that I have to blow up. But the fact that you can get this vague information, as if it's a living thing that no one know where it comes

I wanted more out of the Wii U and hope the NX keeps the two-screen. There's more that can be done. Heck, an HD remaster of the Prime games where you constantly have the map on the tablet and scanning makes the info appear there instead of on-screen would mean a lot less pausing in the game. Plus potentially gyro

It's not the Zelda games' fault that they're all linked.

Congratulations! Now, not only have you lost off-screen play and something that could have served as a permanent map for Metroid, but you've also won Metroid: Another M!

They note this in the article, though, and the fact that the Scan Visor is not completely optional; it is actually necessary to progress in some parts of the game.

This is an interesting stance on Metroid Prime, and I'm sure that being a contrarian to even just an important aspect of the game is going to stir some…discussion in the comments. I will say that, whether scanning and information is invasive or not, the game does go the right route of having the text be cold, distant,

And not only is it a tragedy, but it's just a natural tragedy. The woman that the prince leaves her for is not part of a plot by the sea witch, but…just another woman.

A reminder that this show also had Tim Curry as an evil Manta Ray, so it was pretty much the best thing ever…

I've never actually imported a game, but I did play an emulation of Sin and Punishment. It actually became one of my favorite N64 games, and I gladly made the actual purchase when it went to the Wii's Virtual Console. But playing the original with only Japanese text was interesting. Fortunately, the voice acting is in
