Fairies are definitely a big one to get for that one.

Ah, tip if you need to kill him again (which you might, I'm assuming there are some sidequests that you didn't do that require Snowhead to be saved): just keep rolling into him. He'll stop your spiky Goron body and let you keep running into him, dealing damage by rolling rather than punching.
Awww, you thought the boss was annoying? I love the Goht fight. Although…heh…you're playing the 3DS version, right?
I recommend starting Star Fox before judging. I'll admit that I was eager for it, controls and all, so I might have been biased…but I also did have a sense of "uh-oh…maybe I was wrong" when playing that tutorial. The first level is a much better introduction to the controls.
I'm personally hoping that we don't see any of their other forms. I was so delighted playing X/Y and not knowing things, and then getting to see the awesome powerhouse that my Chespin turned into.
What starter are you leaning towards? I'm all about that Rowlet.
I haven't had much time to play anything this week, but might have some 3DS time this weekend. I'm going out of town, so I'll sadly be missing out on the Splatfest of the weekend, but I expect, when I'm not driving, to get some more time in on Bravely Second. I just got the Hawkeye asterisk, so Edea's training up as a…
Of the Star Fox games that I've actually played and loved, both 64 and Zero do have some problematic parts. 64 has Sector Z, which is supposed to be a dramatic level as missiles head towards the Great Fox. Unfortunately, it's hard to really see much in the level and it actually moves at a pretty slow pace. Plus, it…
Yeah, not only does the Fourside department store stock some really powerful enemies, but it also takes away Paula for it. I feel like it would be challenging even if she was with you, but minus a party member it becomes very annoyingly deadly.
Many of us area always willing to talk about things that we've played in the past, even if what we're saying is things we've said before. A certain Metroid game/series is a Prime example of us doing that.
Starts? I only needed one to get through. You kind of can't look away from the horror.
I put myself through this once. And by this, I mean the film, not the drinking game.
Yes, Xenoblade's score is one of my favorites. Yoko Shimomura and ACE+'s tracks in particular are incredible, and the title screen theme is one of my favorite pieces in gaming in general.
The devs even seemed to feel this way, though, since the trailer that revealed online multiplayer actually started with Hue playing locally with a bunch of people, and then they all gradually leave, so he gets sad…but wait! Online!
Yeah, losing the little Pikmin to the end of day is the worst. It feels like I betrayed them, just left them to die.
It's a fun week, with my free time being demolished as I pick up a second (kind of third) job, so that I basically work every day. However, I've still been replaying Star Fox Zero, trying to get better scores and medals. The wife and I also popped in Star Fox Guard for the first time, and it turns out that it is a…
Two that come to mind. First is Pikmin. All of them are slower games where your captain trots along, plucks his minions methodically, and must carefully plan out each day. But, the first one definitely had a sense of urgency to it. You've got 30 days, and that's it. If you didn't get anything done on a day, you might…

The DK Rap gets two of those things: Chunky's one hell of a Kong, and tell me there's nothing suggestive about Donkey Kong's coconut blaster firing in spurts.
I'll try and do the same! So…what are my options…Final Fantasies VII-X, God of War 1-3, Shadow of the Colossus…you know, I think I can pull something Nintendo out.
