OH. MY. GOD.

Well.. I mean, sure, it might be a tad difficult to actually use the truck as a truck, but sacrificing ‘function’ and ‘utility’ is a small price to pay for all that compensatin’ you can accomplish with the macho, tough-guy appearance provided by the impractical, unsafe, and frankly just plain silly ride height!

Actually, a vehicle (autonomous or otherwise) can stop in the middle of a roadway at any time, without warning, and if another vehicle crashes into the back of the stopped vehicle, the accident is 100% completely the fault of the driver in the second (rear-most) vehicle. It is a clearly-stated responsibility of all

Haha! This, coming from the guy with “Alfa” in his username. That’s a good one!

Yeah, exactly. It seems as though you have excellent taste in automobiles, by the way. That E21 sounds like it was a real delight. While I already held these beliefs about older cars and the visceral experience they provide, I was actually inspired to make that particular comment about the 2002 because I just drove

I agree with almost everything you said. The one part that I strongly disagree with, however, is the part where you mention that you believe that buyers are opting for newer counterparts over the classics because the new vehicles offer “the same look and feel” as the old ones. I would agree that many would-be classic

That’s incredible. Just when I think I can’t possibly love this car any more...

I encourage you to learn more about the McLaren F1. The cleverly-designed luggage compartments are only one of the dozens of fascinating, and thoughtful features that are unique to the F1. It truly is one of the greatest automobiles ever created.

Okay, all is forgiven. It did occur to me that you might just be making an arbitrary reference for the sake of the joke, unrelated to the lead image, but I wasn’t prepared to take that risk.

Ugh! I am seriously disappoint. I appreciate the joke you were making, and I normally enjoy reading your comments, so I will try to get over this. But I just don’t know if I can.

I also removed the covers on my B5 S4. I will be pulling the motor this summer to go full Stage 3, and I actually plan on taking some time during the reinstall to beautify things a little bit. Mainly just route some wires and hoses a little bit more neatly. I upgraded to the newer 2.0T ignition coils and deleted the

Yeah, I included that disclaimer description of this uncle as ‘questionable’ for a reason, so I certainly wouldn’t take his word as gospel. He’s kind of an ass. He is really rough on his cars, and turns his nose up at anything not made by BMW. I think his main gripe was the general lack of Motorsports-grade

Oooh... That is a tough decision, and one that I am all too familiar with.

If it is any consolation, the designers hate it too. It is mandated that the hood no longer protrude into the forward-face of any new vehicle for sale in the U.S. and Europe, because crash standards.

I completely agree. It demerits everything that makes homologation great!

What?! Those would inspire me to go through the drive-thru of an establishment that I don’t even want to purchase anything from, just for that sound!!!

Actually, that is incorrect. Please see the long-winded, but informative reply that I made to user “ncarlucci10” above if you are curious what some of BMW’s suffixes actually denote.

That is incorrect, actually. (This explanation wound up being a bit lengthier than i intended, but I like to think it is worth reading for those who don’t know what these “i” and “e” suffixes stand for; bare with me)

In order to be considered as a possible answer to this question, in my opinion the vehicle in question absolutely must lack any form of power steering, as there is nothing more characteristic of a kart than truly direct, nearly telepathic steering sensitivity. Also, I have not had the pleasure of driving a Se7en

Have you ever driven a go-kart? I mean, don’t get me wrong; I agree that RWD and a spool will always equal a great time. But no modern, road legal car that is still actually a car is even comparable to a go-kart. In my opinion, in order to even be considered as a submission for this question it must lack power
