Macbook Pros work pretty well. My best friend is an audio engineer, he uses an early 08 model and it works great. You can also run the ProTools audio through the system audio(a little glitchy and requires some tweaking)

@sean_mur88: Technically its just from the 5th Vert and up(IIRC). Which means that sometimes there is limited movement of the arms. Though most hand movement is very restricted.
