BAHAHAHAHA!!! The kitchen I worked in was well over 100 degrees throughout the entire kitchen. I worked "hot side". Meaning at waist level was a broiler with flames and at my head level was a oven called a salamander. It was open front and where we put plates to quick melt cheese. That thing was 900 degrees. HAHA!!

OH NOOOOOO!!! Because they are the only ones have to work in a really hot job. Oh the horror of it all.

Damn right. lol

Who was suffering? It was a job. I guess everyone who has a job thats less than pleasant should just quit.

Do you think we just left the buckets in the middle where everyone walked? LOL Put them next to trash cans. Under sinks. Not that difficult. lol

They will. At least they did at Hardees and taco bell 20 years ago. lol
And I would bet it was hotter where I worked then there.

Already done it. Worked food service for years. Last food service job the kitchen was always over 100 degrees during the summer and I worked over a broiler and with a 900 degree open front salamander for melting stuff quickly, in front of my face. We kept pickle buckets full of ice water with blue towels soaking in

Boo freaking hoo. I worked in restaurants where the kitchen was over a hundred degrees while I also worked in front of a broiler and a 900 degree open front salamander. We kept pickle buckets full of ice water with blue towels soaking in them to put on our heads and around our necks.

Working in extreme heat? I dont know, ask construction workers, roofers, people who job is black tarring roofs.

Nope? Says who? So why do women wear those things just around town and out and about for free? There is no set definitive reason why women wear those things while being servers. I worked food service for over a decade. Many of the women indeed dressed like that because they wanted too. Many for no other reason that

I couldnt think of a rational reason either.

Same reason why Playboy doesnt get any love for its articles. At least not on Jez.
I realize that Playboy had these amateurs write for them at one time or another. Joseph Heller, Ronald Dahl, Ian Fleming, Gabriel García Márquez, Margaret Atwood, Haruki Murakami, Norman Mailer, Ray Bradbury, Jack Kerouac, Kurt Vonnegut,

So why did you make that comparison?

Its more of a news reporting medium than RS is. At least traditionally.

Uhm one is a news reporting medium and one is a pop culture reporting medium?

I know, I know. Boo hoo. Because all my dreams were crushed as a kid and I had open heart surgery, my parents were distant, I was bullied, and my parents got a divorce I would have been totally justified to do some crazy horrendous shit to innocent people. Boggles my mind. This guy actually had it better than most.

I agree 100%. Well said.

Exactly. Like this grown man didnt make his own choices and his choices were made for him by delinquent family and friends.

No, people who commit terrorist acts are NEVER good people, EVER. And people who commit violent crimes are NEVER good people, EVER.

One is strictly a news reporting medium. One is, like the first person to reply to you points out, is a popular culture medium. You guess which is which.
