On the other hand, as someone who’s not familiar with most the rules of hockey, when I first saw the above GIF I thought it was a really cool.

My family has essentially stopped giving regular Christmas/birthday presents among the adults, which is the best gift of all, but on the rare occasion that someone does get a gift, or when it comes to kids, we’ve also tried to get away from giving “stuff” and instead focus on activities or experiences.
I think the justification (besides the obvious racism) is that he was injured and she wasn’t. However, if your “injury” only requires a band-aid, it really shouldn’t count toward getting lesser charges.
Well, the guy was obviously injured. Acting like an idiot without hurting anyone is one type of crime, acting like an idiot and hurting someone as a result is a different type of crime.
Yo, I have frequented the Meteor Buffet in the past. The quality beats out any franchised buffet (Golden Coral/Shoney’s breakfast).
There are already three game modes with respawn in Fortnite.
Team Rumble (20 v 20 with respawns) is easily the most fun game mode in our house. My son and I play on two tvs (one with xbox, the other on switch) and respawns let us play a 10 minute match together and then compare kills/accuracy etc.
I’d be okay with it as long as it is a separate game mode.
I actually really enjoy the ‘team rumble’ mode that fortnite added this last season. It’s the only mode I play and I feel like it’s becoming a permanent mode despite it’s ‘limited time’ moniker.
Who said anything about every single tweet? Well, to be fair there’s ambiguity in the original proposition. It isn’t clear whether universal quantification is the intended meaning.
There may also be perception bias in place, i.e. if replies from men seem disproportionately annoying to you, you’ll notice them more.
> men who reply to women’s tweets like it’s their job, adding their own little take, no matter the subject
Wait, isn’t this what Twitter is *for*? Or is the important distinction that they only do this to women’s tweets? (Do we know this?)
What you post on public-facing social media is not your private life. It is your public life. On purpose. Because you’re choosing, voluntarily, to make it public.
I’m more amazed by her stupidity than her racism. if you’re going to post insane shit like that, wouldn’t you at least not have your ACTUAL NAME in your insta handle? And perhaps make your Facebook profile private?
I don’t know, I think I’m fine with the process, here. I don’t like the idea of employers digging through their potential hiree’s private lives (though I know it’s done).
But it sure is going to brag about how close it got!
*Siiiiiigh* Just take your damn star and go...
Broke the barrier. No longer Virgin.
Damn, can you imagine if they would have been able to do a show together? The joking side of me thinks that it would have been some sort of matter/antimatter reaction, but they probably would have gotten along really well...especially if they baked their way through a show!
He’s the good-cop to Anthony Bourdain’s bad-cop persona. I feel that their messages are the same, just the tone is different.
When I did my semester overseas many moons ago someone bought me a Fodors guide to England and it was ok. At the bookstore one of my new flatmates recommend Rick Steves. I feel in love with his hand drawn maps and both on and off the beaten path recommendations. Used his Europe book for each country we hit up during…
