There are only so many times I can say ‘fair comment’ to the people who say ‘don’t click’ so this will be my last.
As much as I love Jalopnik, you can’t seriously be considering continuing FTA without Tyler’s analysis? There are only so many ‘shocking drone videos’ we can take or ‘this one trick that makes ISIS mad’ posts.
Ah man, I was with you on every comment until “agreed to pay full MSRP.” I don’t know you, but I’ll give you my personal cell if you promise to call me before you pay MSRP on any car - I’ll fucking do the haggling for you.
Oops, did we turn that on?
The name ‘Dank Wheelie’ also made me assume all the guy were white.
I just keep thinking to myself “Dank wheelie!?...Dank fucking wheelie...kill yourself”
Truth be told, I almost stopped watching there too.
lol...ripping a vape on a motorcycle in traffic and then “DankWheelie” is displayed..I’ve seen all that I can bare.
yikes... YIKES... dealers love people who can’t stand haggling.
We understand you want to promote your sh... site or whatever overlapping any Tyler’s article with more and more of unneeded info. A few points about that:
Yeah, I’ve done this both ways. I usually own enthusiast cars and most dealers don’t recognize their actual value. However, I did sell my ZL1 – not trade in, mind you but outright sell – to a Chevy dealer last year for the amount I would have been able to get private party. Because late model, and because ZL1. Now, if…
Or go for a hike in the mountains and forget to set the parking brake, only coincidently the day after you get gap insurance.
You’re a lawyer that can’t stand haggling? How on earth do you do your job?
Spoken like someone who doesn’t need to work for a living.
I on the other hand have to work, not being a trust fund kid, or winning the lottery. Being a worker I know how many days/weeks I have to go to work to save up said thousands of dollars, lets call it $2k for fun.
Dealer trade in is horrible. They’ll take your car for less than the KBB value and sell it for a higher value. Selling to a owner can get you more money. My mustang went for 15k . Dealer was giving 11k and dealers were selling that car for 17k (at that mileage condition and year make)
For the buyer of my car 15k was 2k…
Hey, you were the one that suggested that I go. I simply pointed out that having been there, I would know what to do. You must be “too good” to join the military and be part of something bigger than yourself.
Oh, shit! I took pictures! Granted, I dont expect a keyboard warrior like yourself to believe me so I’ll make some points while you think of another clever insult like “cock holster”. (Great way to start a conversation, by the way. It shows off both your IQ and maturity.)
It bothers me that I feel the need to prove myself because there are so many bullshitters on the internet. I’m not even sure how to go about it. I was preoccupied at the time, so I didnt take any pictures during Fallujah, but I have hundreds of pictures from Iraq, and quite a few from our staging area. I cant think of…
Neither, Twitdust. This is shaping up to be another Fallujah, and I was there for that. The longer it sits and festers, the worse it will be. They have plenty of notice to walk out.
