Got them. These things are great. I've been using them for 3 or 4 days. Not a single complaint. Very heavy duty. Very solid build. Heat evenly and quick. Clean very well and look even better. These will outlast me I think. I also ordered the 11 quart sauté pan too.

Who cares if it is cheap or not? Not the Government. For a plane like AF1 cost isn't a factor. So you can't compare it to another plane. Obviously it is smarter to do it while they are being produced actively but nothing the government does is very smart.
But it isn't. The airframe is drastically different. It has to be able to withstand the additional forces put on the plane by added weight and flight maneuvers. Look is the same. Under that skin is a completely different structure.
