I didn’t even know they were talking about tabletop games, I just assumed they were referring to game backlogs and it still worked as a joke

It seems to be, at least in the code. Clearly though, they never alluded to it in-game and Bloodbourne / Souls has always been incredibly vague with the story, leaving the community to decipher it and speculate on what the story is.

Crazy idea: take the story of WoW and fit it into an rts format. Each expansion for wow can be an expansion for wc4. That way even people who hate MMOs can enjoy the story.

Who said I wanted special treatment? I just want to receive some basic respect. I'm not even saying everyone has to, I just want more people to understand us.

I can’t speak for everyone, obviously, but I don’t see any reason it would be offensive. It even got a smile out of me.

I personally think that if people choose to believe certain things, I can’t stop them, but I can at least make an effort to quash ignorance. It is through understanding that bigotry dies. Doing or saying nothing allows ignorance to fester and grow.

Yeah, that’s the main point of contention right now. I think it’s easier to say there’s more than one gender identity (thus leaving the definition of gender as is). That’s something more people can agree on imo, but I know some other genderqueer people won’t agree.

The joke they made has transphobic history, and the people that make that joke are usually transphobic in my experience.

As a transgender individual, I just wanted to say that the “assume their gender” thing is bullshit all around. It’s bullshit to get overly offended that someone, without malicious intent, didn’t get one’s pronouns correct. It’s also stupid as a joke and feels pretty offensive because it’s used to attack people like me…

Aside from valve's infamously poor customer service, we can be almost certain the community will be even worse than twitch's. I wouldn't start streaming on it until I could be absolutely sure I had complete control over community settings.

It’s face-palm stupid to me that Muselk is getting punished, not for making a rape joke which I could understand, but just for laughing at one. The “face of cancer” joke is so mild, too.
