I’m not exactly an expert on Samurai swordplay, but I’m at least moderately sure you’re not supposed to clang katanas against each other as if they were longswords. They’re prone to breaking that way. Ghost of Tsushima made me cringe a little because of that. Maybe I’m wrong, though?
