GTA 3 was great for the time but it really feels like rockstar hasn't updated how their games control and move since then. I'm actually confused their games still get so much praise when the actual game play itself isn't very good. Amazing worlds but pretty bad gameplay.

I was about to say the same thing. It could be part of the NSO app or something separate like the destiny companion app. 

Since it requires NSO for online they should put inventory in the app like destiny has with the main companion app and 3rd party apps like DIM/Ishtar
