I just needs a +1 from a certain P4 owner, then it'll make the list for sure... :)

How about another achingly beautiful Alfa? The Tipo 33 Stradale.

Who's Tim Tebow again? He's a like, a basketball player, right?

The BMW press office released an illustration of how the M-light cars are developed. Please note that for clarity, the original M cars are represented in dark green.

Short and to the point. Nice. :)

I'd be more inclined to think that Fred's jealous pet was the culprit.

Meanwhile, the local Linux/Illumos boys are hooning around the back lot — tweaking, breaking and fixing their rides.

Perchance, are there any other pictures of this? I'm curious to see how much interesting metal is in this lift (I think I spot a Maxima with that weird sunroof about mid-picture.)

I'm even further south... I just make sure my tires are inflated properly and in good shape, and I let the car warm up a bit longer in the mornings. That's about it. :)

Heh, I didn't get mine with Bluetooth (I only have the touring model), but I almost never use the mute button. For some reason I just reach over and twist the volume knob down. Yes, it's the donkey method (to use my maths teacher's parlance.)

Chalk up another reason why I love my car. Mazda's interiors may not be the highest quality feel, but you can tell that a proper driver set up the interfaces. I can find and adjust just about anything in the Miata with my eyes closed. The items which do require visual attention only need a glance.

Oops... for some reason I had it in my head that it meant hardtop. Mea Culpa.

Although the list is largely on the mark, I can't imagine any of our IT people with an R6. It just seems a little too extroverted a machine for a person who normally spends the day toiling away in an office.

I don't think I ever entirely forgave Ashanti for doing this to a once-beautiful drophead Jag.

Go on...

Thank you. :) Luckily for me, I live far south enough (Louisiana) that I can drive it year-round.

Actually, quite a few IT professionals I know are also serious car people. In fact, my love for Miatas was encouraged along by another IT pro I work with (he used to own a supercharged NB.)

This is mine an '09 Miata (yes, I know it's labelled MX-5, I still love the Miata name.) Touring model, manual soft top, sport suspension with LSD and 6-speed stick. As unplugged as I can get it.

That monstrosity is the Maybach Exelero.

Shush, I'm ranting. Stop trying to bring yer newfangled comprehension into this. ;)
