DeSantis is 44. He was probably a channer.

Meanwhile half the state's uninsurable and they're in the middle of hurricane season.

Two points:

To be fair, how much shitty pathfinding have you dealt with in games?

There are three trends automakers seem to be ignoring:

Where I live, Boston, the local rumor is somebody on his campaign finally starting asking what local Republicans think of him and now he’s terrified to fly into Logan. His ethnic cleansing by airline stunt cost a lot of local Republicans their seats and they are eager to share their feelings about that with him, at

The economics point the other way. I laughed my ass off at Starfield being "exclusive." It's a damn lie and everybody knows it.

The Twisted Metal show looks stupid and juvenile.

The problem is smog belching shitboxes cost EVERYONE more in terms of emissions and people who drive them should be expected to bear that cost. If I dumped my trash on your lawn, it's fair to expect me to clean it up. Same principle.

There are a lot of long-term trends that quite frankly portend extremely bad things for the global auto industry, and a big one is that even the used market is pricing a lot of people out of buying a car at the exact moment cities and their residents are decisively telling suburbanites to clean up their gaseous trash

Honestly, it’s not terribly surprising. I’ll be intensely interested to see where we are three years from now, though. The Cybertruck isn’t really serious competition for the F-150 market, not least because it looks like a Ridgeline rendered by a PS2.

The acquisitions were unfortunately inevitable. About the only major third-party dev I’d say is in OK shape is Take Two. Everyone else is either mismanaged, overleveraged, or both. Ubisoft and EA in particular are probably going to wind up nameplates for Sony.

Best I can give you is a Hexen map in CoD Zombies.

You’re absolutely right. The arguments about exclusivity are kind of weird because there’s really only one holdout who clings to their console exclusives at this point, and it’s Nintendo. Even Sony has more or less given up; their first party stuff is now coming to PC after a few years.

Ha, God no, this will never be over. ABK is clearly not an effectively run company and Microsoft is just ignoring that because Calladuty will make everything better. When it doesn’t, in fact, make everything better, shit’s going to get interesting.

This entire process has thrown out a string of red flags about ABK as an organization, culminating with a Variety profile where the CEO of a toy company accused the Wall Street Journal (owned by the Murdochs) as being a tool of the unions to destroy him for reasons he can’t articulate.

As much as I hate DeSantis, I can understand a desperate bid to stop exactly this from happening. But at the same time, you can't deny climate change, celebrate free markets, and stay insured in the long run.

Wait wait wait. If I understand this correctly:

Also a year or two ago people weren’t using Buy Now Pay Later to buy groceries and auto loan rates averaged 2% lower.

I’ve been riding this hobby horse for a while but what’s hobbling the EV transition is the fact that the majority of people who can afford new cars are older, and good fucking luck getting most older buyers to understand that an ICE vehicle is a bad long term decision even for a negative asset. Even if they do
