I agree, although it’s split between positive news and extremely bad news. A movie making $198,000 cracking the top ten, and “Lightyear” not being as big a hit as hoped, is absolutely frightening news for major theater chains. Between this and debt hikes I’m not really sure how AMC in particular is going to hang on.

Hahaha that’s including gas right.

I'm left wondering how the hell any of this is sustainable over the long term.

Hard, no. Definitely not Souls hard, although like any RPG you’ll die a lot in the opening. It’s definitely a game that you have to get a feel for, though, and it won’t tell you everything up front. I still fondly remember the first time I was asked if I wanted to be thrown at a dragon in the middle of a fight.

I would kill for a mode where you get punted into somebody’s random henchman. Especially if you’re one of the trash-hauling mules that were so popular last time.

‘TIS WEAK TO FIRE

‘TIS WEAK TO FIRE

I accidentally got the “Live As the Seneschal” ending and stumbled around for way too long wondering just what the fuck I was supposed to do here.

Congratulations. You have a better understanding of virtual reality as a workplace tool than the people promoting UT as a workplace tool.

Oh, so it’s like ‘Borderlands!’

Just noting this is pretty typical behavior for somebody who’s ducking a subpeona.

I don't mind a weird melancholy tone but frankly Limbo and Inside didn't do it for me so I'm not terribly thrilled we'll have more platformers trying to be tiresome bummers.

So Borderlands but horror? OK, viable, but not something I’m picking up day one. I do like a character class tied to being a sniping dirtbag.

It’s not at all surprising there wasn’t a drop: Ticket prices are up. This is an ongoing problem because it’s disguising attendance drops that are, when you look at the numbers, extremely bad news for theaters. Paired with the hikes in borrowing costs, AMC in particular is a stretch of bombs away from dying off.

Guys like this owning their hurtful if not outright dangerous/violent bullshit, and facing up to the damage they’ve done, requires a degree of moral courage they don’t possess.

Quite a few states do (voluntarily): Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New Mexico (2011 model year and later), New York, Nevada, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia, Vermont, and Washington (2009 model year and later).

Do I have to make a sign that says “California has a waiver specifically because otherwise it would de facto dictate emissions for the ENTIRE COUNTRY because of a whole litany of reasons under the Clean Air Act,” staple it to the foreheads of stupid people, and then tap the damn sign?

LinkedIn is a fucking dumpster that I have to muck around in for my job.

The Blue Box official site is sure leaning that way.
The Realtime Experience is an application that runs parts of the game and presenting it in a cinematic experience in realtime instead of playing a high quality video. This is not possible on last gen console hardware, as we cannot travel from various scenes in

Haaaaa, oh man I do not miss that shit from my days in gaming blogging. “Just say a spokesman.” “This is an indie game. There’s one developer. You tweeted you were talking to me, using my handle, as we were talking.”
