I recommend "freezing" apps via Titanium before deleting them.... that way you can confirm you are not going to have any crazy FC cause of it.

I think its more the leaving of orbit by Destiny then them leaving the bunker. You can leave and still have your network download stuff but as soon as you take your PC off the network it drops. In the end it did not mater as the power failed.
