Can someone explain that white Yugo thing photographed in front of Harrah’s in Las Vegas?

2009 Aeros are so rare I was convinced they didn’t exist.
We’re on our second four cylinder, four speed auto Dodge Journey company car and whenever I see ours in the driveway, I want to throw things at it. It is apocalyptically terrible. The interior trim doesn’t line up, the tiny uConnect infotainment screen has seized up a couple times, and the carpet is peeling on the…
Aside from the heated steering wheel, I started getting bored of my Maxima the second I purchased it.
In 1987, my mother bought a 1985 Toyota Celica GTS 5-speed from a friend’s dad in her small hometown of Ashland, OH. At the time, not many imported cars were seen in the town and being a 20 year old college girl in a small, sporty coupe, “had it’s benefits,” she claims. She loved her Celica, and drove it all over Ohio…
That gray one on the bottom picture is about 10 minutes away from me and I can personally say that A.) it drives like a dream and B.) Some of the interior is falling apart.
As the owner of a 2005 Nissan Maxima with 234,000 miles, I second this.
We got one of these horrid appliances in the only acceptable fashions: as a company car.
I am going to drive my mother’s Chevrolet Equinox to and from work.
All respects to the Based God for gifting us with such rare and based musical art.
I drove a Giulia Ti in February and found it to be a joy to drive, but the salesman who rode along was telling me that there were a lot of interest in the car but not a lot of buyers. Truly a shame as the Giulia is a very competent performer with a nice cabin, but being plagued with reliability issues from the get-go…
Interesting. I drive cautiously in effort to save fuel, but still have to fill up every five or so days.
I do mostly in-town driving, but when I go on trips I average about 24 MPG. Plus, it’s the T5 with the high-pressure turbo so it’s subject to worse MPG.
Well it is GM, so they’re probably going to do that anyways.
I’ve heard, and I think the hatch is really good looking.
I really hope this isn’t terrible as it seems really enticing. I’ll probably be leasing a car sometime next year, and a diesel hatchback with a manual sounds perfect. 52 MPG surely a lot better than the 19.3 MPG average of my 2001 Volvo V70, and if GM has any sort of of incentives, this could be a viable replacement.
I have a 2001 V70 T5, but my father used to have a 2003 S60 T5. Both were horrible.
What type do you have? Early 2000s Volvos are known for terrible turning radiuses.
That’s completely accurate. She braked hard at a stoplight, I crashed into the back of her. She felt really bad and took full responsibility. In return, I gave her a candle.
Yes. The best turning radius of any car I’ve ever driven. On the other hand, my Volvo has the worst turning radius I’ve ever come across. Whenever I pull into a tight space, I long for my TrailBlazer.
