Tle a look at the Forza series. You have the main one for sim racing, which has excellent variable difficulty. You have Horizon for some just wild, crazy fun. Both with huge selections of cars (I am pretty sure you can transfer cars) they are loads of fun.

It’s an issue, your range will be VERY different. Electric is definitely not the option for you as of now. Unless you have a commute much shorter than the range.
