It makes rice well in my experience. Jasmine rice, 1:1 water:rice, rice button. It does stick to the pan a bit more than a rice cooker, but easy to clean.

If your oven is uneven, stick a pizza stone on the bottom rack. It really helps even out the heat. Though it does take longer to preheat

Milk thistle and dandelion both help your liver out as well. A tip I learned from my professional drinker friends in New Orleans.
